Every sign-in uses a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, so nobody can open your account with just a password.

On iPhone you don't need to download anything: the built-in Passwords app makes the codes. When the app shows “Set up on this phone”, tap it and choose Passwords. Prefer another app? Use Google Authenticator.

Does it cost anything?

No. The Lumarais app and the authenticator apps are free.

Why the 6-digit code?

Your account holds your address, door codes, photos of your home and invoices. The code makes sure only you can open it, even if someone learns your password.

I got a new phone or lost mine.

Email or call us. After we confirm it's you, we reset your code and you scan a new one at your next sign-in.

Can I still use it on my computer?

Yes. Sign in on any browser; you'll type the code from your phone.

Can I use it in Spanish?

Yes. Tap Español at the top of this page and on the sign-in screen.

How does Refer & earn work?

Open Refer & earn in the app and share your link. Your friend gets $50 off their first visit, and you get $50 in credit once that visit is completed and paid. New clients only, one reward per friend.
