  2. Sign in with your email and password, or Continue with Google. Invited by the office? Use the link in your email to create your password.
  3. New to Lumarais? Tap “Apply to join” and the office will approve you.

Every sign-in uses a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, so nobody can open your account with just a password.

On iPhone you don't need to download anything: the built-in Passwords app makes the codes. When the app shows “Set up on this phone”, tap it and choose Passwords. Prefer another app? Use Google Authenticator.

Does it cost anything?

No. Lumarais Pro and the authenticator apps are free.

Why the 6-digit code?

Your jobs show clients' addresses and door codes. The code makes sure only you can open your account, even if someone learns your password.

I got a new phone or lost mine.

Message or call the office. After they confirm it's you, they reset your code and you scan a new one at your next sign-in.

Do I need the app store?

No. Lumarais Pro installs straight from this page. On iPhone the built-in Passwords app makes the codes; on Android, get the free Google Authenticator.

Can I use it in Spanish?

Yes. Tap Español at the top of this page and on the sign-in screen.

How does Refer & earn work?

Open Refer & earn in the app and share your link. When a cleaner you refer joins and completes 10 jobs, you earn $150, added to your pay as a referral bonus. Clients you refer earn you $50 after their first visit.
