Gift Card Terms

Paid value never expires

The amount paid for a Lumarais gift card never expires and has no fees. It can be used toward any of our services at the prices in effect when the service is booked.

Bonus window and price lock

When you buy a gift card you choose a window: 3 months (+10% bonus), 6 months (+5% bonus), 12 months.

During the window, the recipient also receives the promotional bonus shown at purchase, and any service named on the card is honored at the price paid, even if our prices go up.

The bonus is promotional value. It is given free, has no cash value, can't be redeemed for cash, and ends when the window ends. After the window, the paid value remains and current prices apply.

When a card is used, any remaining bonus is applied first.

Service gift cards

A card for a named service covers a home up to the size shown. If the recipient's home is larger or needs extra services, they pay the difference when they book.

Redeeming

The recipient creates a free client account and enters the code in the portal, or gives the code when booking. Cards can be used across several visits until the balance is spent. Cards are valid only in our service areas.

Lost codes and refunds

Keep the code safe; anyone with it can use the card. Contact us with your receipt if a code is lost and we'll help where we can. Purchases can be refunded within 7 days if the card hasn't been used. Cash isn't given for unused value except where state law requires it.

Who sells these

Gift cards are sold by Sterling Nexus Services LLC. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. These terms may change; changes won't reduce the paid value of a card you already hold.
