Why do you ask for square footage?
Two homes with the same bedrooms can be very different sizes, so square feet keeps your price fair. For homes it's optional and only adds a small adjustment above a typical size. For offices and industrial spaces it's the basis of the estimate, confirmed at a free walkthrough.
Can I give a clean as a gift?
Yes. Choose an amount or a specific clean and one of our art cards. What you pay never expires, and booking within the first months adds a bonus and locks in today's price.
Do I need to be home?
No. Save entry instructions (lockbox, door code, concierge) on your property. They're shared only with your assigned cleaner, and only for your visit.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Professional supplies and equipment are included in every price. Prefer a specific product, fragrance-free, or something you already own? Add it to your property preferences and your cleaner will use it.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Open the visit in your portal and tap Reschedule or cancel. Pick a new day and time in a few taps; your original time stays booked until we confirm. Changes are free until 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours a 50% late-change fee applies, inside 24 hours 75%, and on the day of the visit (or with no notice) the full visit is charged, because your cleaner has reserved that time for you.
What if my cleaner can't get in?
If your cleaner can't get in, they check in at your address (GPS verified), knock or ring, call and text you, follow your entry notes, and wait 15 minutes past the start time. If there's still no way in, the visit is charged in full because your cleaner's time was reserved and they travelled to you.
Can you sync with my calendar?
Yes, with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook. Subscribe once from Connections in your portal and every visit appears automatically, moves when it's rescheduled and disappears if it's cancelled, with a reminder the day before. You can also add a single visit with one tap.
What if something isn't right?
Every visit is checked against your checklist. If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours. We'll review it with you and your cleaner, and return to make it right at no charge.
